munch is a convenient dining resource available at Michigan State University (MSU) in East Lansing. Developed at the Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities (RCPD), munch offers a straightforward approach to dining, assisting users in finding suitable food options, making informed choices, and potentially connecting with others during their dining experiences.

munch provides various features, including:
<ul>
 <li>MENUS: Personalized menu options tailored to specific dietary requirements and preferences. Users can filter by dietary restrictions, food categories, sort by nutritional content, search for specific items, and conveniently log their choices to the Health app on iPhone. Additionally, users can mark favorite dishes and receive notifications when they become available at any MSU cafeteria.</li>
 
 <li>TIES: Through Spartan Ties, users can engage in social interactions and meet fellow Spartans at MSU. This unique program, led by members of the MSU Tower Guard Honor Society and the Delta Gamma fraternity, organizes weekly dinners at campus dining halls with the goal of fostering connections among students.</li>
 
 <li>& MORE: Detailed information on dining hours, occupancy levels, and convenient Siri shortcuts. Users can easily locate their desired dishes, check the typical busyness of dining locations, and contact EatAtState staff and chefs for any additional inquiries.</li>
</ul>

munch is designed to enhance user convenience and facilitate informed decision-making processes without compromising privacy. The application exclusively utilizes the Health app for adding personalized nutritional and dietary data. Users can rest assured that munch does not access or retrieve other unrelated user information. For critical health-related concerns requiring accurate nutritional details or further assistance, users are encouraged to reach out to the University's registered dietitians at dietitians@rhs.msu.edu or contact munch via email/iMessage at guide@rcpd.msu.edu.
